"The property was average maintained, and the staff was not pleasant. The housekeeper knocked on the door rather loud to let me know that check out was 11am when checkout was 12PM. Very disappointed with the overall service and maintenance of the hotel."

"You can tell they are upgrading the hotel. Love the wood floors; nobody wants musty/damp carpet in their room. The room was spacious enough for one night and was clean. I don't like that the sink area is outside of the toilet area; makes it hard for one person to get ready while someone sleeps. It's on a busier road, but it's Dell Rapids, so it didn't bother us. Plus, the AC masks a lot of sounds. Employees/owners were friendly and helpful. No coffee in the room, but the fridge worked. Super convenient for visiting family nearby, and the price was right."
