The rooms are good for India, however you will be dealing with a very bad service, my experience I asked 3 times the cleaning of the room when I was on tour and it was not done, the staff is constantly sitting on the stairs playing on their mobile. There is also a lot of noise between the works and the staff discussing. Les chambres sont de bonne qualités pour l'Inde, néanmoins vous aurez affaire a un service très mauvais, mon expérience j'ai demandé 3 fois le nettoyage de la chambre quand j'étais en excursion et cela n'a pas été fait, le personnel est assis constamment dans les escaliers a jouer sur leur portable. Il y a aussi beaucoup de bruits entre les travaux et le personnel qui discute. However, in the evening, the area felt more welcoming, with ample lighting and street vendors. Check-in was smooth, and they even allowed me to check in early. I had reserved a deluxe room, but it fell far short of expectations—there was no window for natural light, limited amenities, and, worst of all, cockroaches in the room. When I reported this to the front desk, they initially offered to send someone with bug spray, which was shocking. I had to insist on a room change, and thankfully, they eventually moved me to a much better room that matched the photos on Expedia. The dining utensils and crockery were not clean, and I had to wipe them down before use. Breakfast was just okay. At check-out, the staff didn’t offer to help with my bags, and there was trash near the security screening gate.
