poor infrastructure and customer service

The room where i stayed had no ventillation.Totally dark during daytime without artificial light.There was no hot water supply during my stay.Innumerable times it was reported to hotel staff but no visible action taken.Room service slow and pathetic.Food cost inflated and all the times the choice of food unavailable.Very unprofessional staff behaviour.

Hotel in Paharganj, Near Imperial Cinema

The room was spacious with a nice attached bathroom with shower. The service could be improved. I would recommend cleaning the rooms daily, and changing bedsheets and pillow covers.

地下鉄の駅まで徒歩5、6分のホテル

スタッフさんは親切でした。入国時の2泊と地方から帰ってきて飛行場へ行く前の待機用に利用しましたが、帰国時の部屋のエアコンのスイッチはスタッフさんが入れてくれた時には入りましたが、自分で入れる時には入りませんでした。スイッチの調節をしておいてほしいです。

Hotel is located in good place , good building , but its not clean , kitchen is terrible I suggest nobody eat anything from their kitchen .

Shanti Villa

Hotelli ei vastannut sähköposteihin koskien heidän taxi palvelu hakua lentokentältä. Hotelli huone oli ok. Lattia oli likainen ja sitä ei oltu siivottu kunnolla. Vessa, suihku toimi huonosti. Hotellissa ei ole ravintolaa. Mikäli haluaa syödä aamupalan tulee se tilata omaan huoneeseen tai mennä syömään vastapäiseen hotelliin. Hotellin henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, mutta päivävuorolaisten ja yövuorolaisten välillä ei info kulkenut. Varaukseemme kuului ilmainen aamupala , mutta sitä yritettiin veloittaa kun olimme lähdössä pois. Myöskään taxia lentokentälle ei ollut tilattu, vaikka sitä kävimme pyytämässä lähtöä edeltävänä päivänä. Mielenkiintoista oli myös se, kun kirjauduimme sisään hotelliin, ilmoitti respa, että Hotels.comin puolesta tulee henkilö kertomaan alueesta ja mitä palveluita on tarjolla. Meitä tuli tapaamaan jonkin matkatoimiston mies, joka tarjosi erilaisia kaupunkikiertely mahdollisuuksia, sekä päivämatkaa Taj Mahaliin. Otimme päivä reissun Taj Mahaliin ja kaikki sujui hyvin. Ilmaiseen aamupalaan kuului kahvi tai tee, sekä omeletti tai 2 keitettyä munaa ja paahtoleipä.

Gode værelser, dårlig kommunikation

Vi havde et fint og helt rent værelse uden mangler. Det var dog svært at finde for taxachauffør, der skulle have været bedre vejledning på hjemmeside. Ved ankomst var vores hotels.com tydeligvis helt ukendt for personalet. De ville ikke helt ud med, at de ikke havde modtaget noget, fandt dog et værelse til os. Generelt var det et problem, at personalet stort set ikke talte engelsk. Men de var søde og rare, og gjorde virkelig deres bedste, men sprogbarrieren gjorde det vanskeligt for dem. Vi havde forudbetalt, og var derfor lidt spændte på om de fandt vores booking. Det gjorde de så vidt vi forstod ikke, men de troede på os og krævede ingen ekstra betaling. Vi spiste morgenmad en enkelt gang, hvilket var ok, men krævede bestilling to gange, da første bestilling åbenbart glippede. Alt i alt ok til prisen, men synd at sprogvanskeligheder skal forstyrre billedet.

Good Service, excellent price

Good hotel for the price you pay, very good family owners who are looking to improve every aspect of your stay. Room was of good size, clean, quality and comfy beds, good bathroom I had an issue with the water pressure but apparently that was being fixed. Location is very good, close proximity to the metro and train station

Hotel in the main bazaar

Overall not a bad option for the price range. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is located in the heart of the main bazaar. However the large downside I found was the sheets on the bed did not appear to be clean.

Frokost på rommet

Hotellet ligger i en bakgate. Rommet var romslig og godt. Veldig lytt ut til korridor og naborom. Mye støy fra bygget, men stille fra trafikk . Utsikt til naboenes vinduer. Gangavstand til Metro som vel er den beste måten å bevege seg rundt på i Delhi. Det var problemer med å få seg frokost her. Frokost må bestilles til rommet pr tlf. Vår kom ikke før etter 2. Purring- og da med annet innhold enn først bestilt. Hotellet var behjelpelig med å skaffe drosje til nattfly for oss. Alt i alt en grei overnatting.

An alright hotel near the Main Bazar

The hotel was ok. The room was spaceous but kind of empty. Breakfasts served to the room, no cafe. Was alright for the money.

Hotel Shanti

Very clean. Bed was short so if you are tall and the sheets did not really fit. Lovely cool air conditioning and a wet bathroom which was quite functional. It is a 10 min walk from the MRT but on the line to the airport and into the centre. Great cheap eateries in the area and the nightclubs.The staff are not strong in English but helpful with storing luggage if you have a night flight. It could do with some tourist information on display so that you can quickly get on your way to site seeking. Tea, coffee, coffeemate as no fridge.

安心できる清潔なホテル

インペリアル映画館の裏側なのでタクシーの運転手にもわかりやすい場所です。大通りから少し入ったところなので静かです。ドアマンがいて荷物を運んでくれ笑顔で応対してくれます。ロビーは清潔で広々しており美しい天窓が印象的。スタッフの対応も誠実。清潔でシャワーの湯量も十分、シャワーとトイレの間はガラスで仕切られており大変清潔、石鹸・歯磨きペーストにシャンプーが備えられています。ちょっと残念なのは朝食付きとのことでしたが案内されず外に食べに出ました。子供連れでしたが安心できるホテルでした。次回もまた利用したいホテルです。
