Property situated is near to Airport and Metro. Pleasing staffs and decent property. But the Amenities Maintenance is not up to the mark. Accessories in the Bathroom were not functioning properly.The rooms are situated in a Maze run format, where to reach our room we have to take first a lift to 2nd floor and then walk in the corridor to reach another building and take another lift to the 3rd floor. For Complimentary Breakfast we have to go to next building and do another Maze run.

Just awful
We had an 8 hours stop over here between one flight and another and it was 8 hours too long. This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in- grim is the only word I could use. Bedsheets didn't seem clean, bed was extremely uncomfortable, bathroom was so horrible I didn't even try the shower, AC was so incredibly noisy we left it off for part of the night and then we're roasting... we would have been better off in the airport. It is close to the airport, but there has to be better nearby.

It is not far from Delhi airport, however, it is not in walking distance either. You can take an Uber and reach there easily. However, it is not a great hotel comparing to the price I paid. As it is right beside the street, it was noisy. I didn't mind as I stayed only for a night, but, I would not stayed here for consecutive nights.

Close to the airport but the worst service
Travelled as couple, the reception was just like ATM machine, no explanation at all instead they make fun of you. Bell boy was very good, the room service manager was very rude n you end up arguing rather than taking order. If you choose this hotel to stay over night, you waste all you money for nothing. It's far fro airport so better stay in areocity. The door lock isn't look secure and the safety of u is very less.

Really disappointing. Was charged twice. No communication between call centre and hotel. Hot water didn't work at all in the first room given. The changed room was good.

It was so cold in the room that the bell boy had to put in a heater and it was very hard to get the wifi to work but for a short stay, (I only stayed two nights), it's okay. Clean and the room is big.

Maybe for one night its worth it
Got in late. Prepaid via Orbitz, so no trouble with reception. The room was a little smelly, but very clean for Indian standards. The hotel also looked the most "Western/Modern" in comparison to everything else on the block as we drove up. Next morning the Wifi was out of service on every floor and the front desk receptionist was so busy operating two phones that he did not give me much attention or help as I tried to figure out how to make plans to travel on. Didn't try the breakfast 'cause I've heard too many horror stories about Delhi Belly. Perhaps if you know a little Hindi that will win you brownie points with the staff, but otherwise don't expect anything but the typical - ah, foreigner, let's rip 'em off big time - experience. They charged me 2000 INR just to call a taxi. Ridiculous. Keep your wits about you in Delhi and bargain for everything it is worth. A foreign face means nothing but money to them unless you can break through the language barrier and/or know how to win people over quickly.

We expected more
This is an OK local hotel for low budget and local people wanting a cheap overnight, but it's not what I was looking for. I took it because the Expedia rating was so high. The hotel rooms are small, bare, the hotel itself has a nice lobby, and everything goes downhill thereafter. Staying at the hotel made me question the Expedia ratings. If this hotel got 4/5 but I rated it as a 2, then I guess I cant trust Expedia.

Best hotel to stay near airport
The hotel is clean and very close to airport. The staff is very friendly and they respond to your request just on time. The hotel manager is very supportive. Rooms are really big and comfortable.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is wonderful close to delhi airport. They helped me in arranging transport to airport. Breakfast has varieties to chose.

Wonderful stay
The advantage to staying in this hotel is its closeness to the airport. While this was definitely the biggest factor behind making me book this hotel, the staff and room quality are going to be the other factors henceforth. Tremendous effort is put by the staff giving the guests just what they’d need. Recommended.

We booked this hotel last minute because sadly, we had managed to miss our flight from Delhi. Bored, all we were left with was staying in the room. Thankfully, the free Wi-Fi was fast and the TV had a good set of channels that help pass time. The staff gave us an easy check in. This isn't exactly a fancy hotel, but it has everything you might need. and you'll get services better than a lot of hotels in this area.

Had an amazing stay at Fabhotel Star Delhi airport. Staff and service were way up to the mark. Really nice and clean room with the most comfortable bed I had slept till now. Will surely recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues.

The rooms are not very clean and small. There is some kind of construction going on and the entrance was through smelly basement. Carry your own towel and sheets if you are particular about absolute cleanliness.

Avoid this place.
The bed sheets were not changed from last use. There were hair and wet spoTs. Had to call front desk for change of sheets. The room felt like you are sleeping on the freeway, cars and horns right next to you all night, when complained, the front desk told me 90% rooms are like that

Excellent Hotel Close to the Airport
Fabhotel Star was a very pleasant surprise. Great value close to the airport. I paid through Orbitz and did not have any problems at check-in with the hotel recognizing my reservation and payment. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was wonderful, new, large, modern decorating, comfortable bed with lovely white linens. The bathroom is modern, and spotless. The geyser in my bathroom did not work and the staff sent an electrician within 30 minutes to fix it. The hotel offers room service and a complementary breakfast every morning at the hotel next door. My room faced the street so the only complaint is the traffic noise, it is very loud. I would think the rooms across the hall would be quiet. Overall a very good hotel.

Comfortable and convenient
i found the hotel good in terms of services and affordability. Excellent location from the airport. I reached the hotel very conveniently. The staff was supportive and helped me out with local directions and offered to help me whenever needed. The rooms were in good condition too so all in all, a comfortable stay for me!

Bedding had not been changed from previous guest. body and "other" hair on the sheets. Manager seemed totally unconcerned. Had to wait 20 minutes for someone to change sheets, they brushed some hair off, and asked if that was OK. After changing the sheet, they tried to put the dirty duvet cover back on and seemed surprised when I wasn't very happy about that "You want clean?!" was the reply. Hotel transfer in the morning was 340 rupees for a 1 mile trip (should have been under 100), which we reluctantly agreed as it was the only way to pay by card. Despite the cost, the driver tried to sting us for an extra 150 "airport tax" which should have been included in the cost. After we refused he asked for a "small" 35% tip

Nice Hotel
A good hotel with accessibility to important locations like International Airport and National Highway 8. Great Location and best rooms you can get with so little to pay. My room was awesome and bathroom was very clean and hygienic. Though staff can be little more courteous, I will still recommend my friends to this hotel.

Nice hotel to stay near sirport
This hotel is close to airport so location wise it is just perfect. The rooms are big and clean and seems like recently renovated. The staff is cooperative and helpful. Few business facilities may be improved.

Noisy and worn alternative very close to airport
A little disappointing stay, first time that reviews actually misguide me. Note: I am writing this using a western standards in evaluating. The Hotel was worn-out and the road-traffic was loud (earplugs recommended). Toilet was unpractical. All in all, the room was mediocre and there were no fridge or complimentary water bottles. The wireles internet didn't work well (the signal was very poor and had lot of cut-outs). Bed was okay and the location to Airport very good. The breakfast was very local in taste and I only ate cereals and tea as the other alternatives were local.
