At 1,800 square feet, this Cape Cod style beach cottage in the Bluffs area of Del Mar, affords visitors breathtaking Pacific Ocean views, dramatic sunsets, gentle seaside breezes, three miles of panoramic ocean and scenic trails, along with beach access for fun in the sun. The Cottage highlights Del Mar’s blissful and world famous views and attractions. This exclusive vacation rental features a gorgeous gourmet kitchen, spacious living room/dining room, three luxurious bathrooms, two divine bedrooms, and a well-appointed downstairs bonus room for additional guests. This luxurious beachside residence boasts soaring ceilings and large windows for gazing at the picturesque Del Mar waterscape and lush landscape. Just a few blocks to shops, restaurants, and the beach, it was the perfect base for exploring the area. Fresh flowers in vases graced the tables. Its well-stocked cook's kitchen, luxurious bath suites and cozy living and family rooms meant we often just stayed in to prepare meals and read by the fire. By afternoon it was warm enough to soak up sun on the patio in the comfy teak lounge chairs. What few questions or issues we had, the owner, Colette, immediately and graciously resolved. The house was immaculate, and Colette was very accommodating for early arrival. We really appreciated the Quality linens, towels, and special touches throughout the house. You can even walk to the beach or town for dinner. The location is in a really great part of Del Mar! We were very comfortable with a full kitchen and having 3 bathrooms was an added bonus. The property itself is fantastic. The furnishings are beautiful and everything is in excellent condition. The thought that went into the design and finishes of this house are apparent. Beyond the property at self, the location is perfect if you’d like to walk into Delmar for meals and shopping. It is far enough removed from the busier part of town. It is an easy walk down to 15th St. to access the beach. It is also walkable to the Torrey, Pines Beach, and even the Torrey Pines reserve if you are up for a longer hike. Colette is a great host and was very responsive to our questions and requests. We will be back! ##### Jon M.
