It's 1,200 sq ft with 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths. Condo includes washer/dryer in unit and has a full kitchen with granite countertops and large family room with wood-burning fireplace. The condo features two balconies on front and back of unit and also offers an outside shower to rinse off after a trip to the beach. One covered parking spot is included and 4 other guest spots available. There is no HVAC in the building, however we have ceiling fans, box fans and space heaters. Our unit sleeps six comfortably with a king bed, queen bed and a queen sized air mattress. It was well stocked with beach chairs, a cart, and games, as well as extra towels and all the utensils you need to cook. The air flow on the second floor was plenty to cool the unit with no A/C, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. There is a small high top and chairs out front to enjoy the views, and the walk to the beach was maybe 2 minutes. We will definitely be looking to stay here again. ##### Adam H.
