Reasonnably priced. Kind and patient staff. But... Horrible mattresses you can squeeze by hand. My back still remembers after a week. Ouch! Both for my wife and I. There is a nice video of the hotel facilities. The tennis courts on it looked great. Upon arrival on site we noticed there were no lines on both courts! (I took pictures). Also the asphalt surface is completely run down. Very old no doubt. Not very enjoyable. The two pickle ball courts had fresly made lines though? We were on the fourth floor lakeside view. Be aware huge trees will partly hide the view. Still nice but at an angle.

Everything was amazing
