When we arrived, there was caution tape up in two places on the beach, and the screened-in-porch was leaking in multiple places. « The property was great for our little getaway, our dog loved going in the water. We didn't have great weather but Doreen had the porch covered with a clear tarp and had the outdoor heaters on when we got there so we were able to enjoy the view.
