« Magnifique hôtel situé dans un golf. Le cadre est luxueux et calme. Le parc aquatique est superbe. Beaucoup de transats sur place. La chambre était très belle, décoration et style de bon goût, très belle salle de bain. Vue sur le golf et le lac. Petit déjeuner servi dans un restaurant du site, service lent mais le repas était bon. Une très bonne adresse de séjour près de Houston. »

« Dirty room, bad smell, lots of dust and long hair in the very old looking bathroom, noisy AC, shower head with no pressure, dirty windows … I really enjoy best western venues in general, this one was, by far, the worst I’ve been to »

« The rooms were clean when we got there and smelled nice. They only clean every 3 days, though. The kitchen was cool, but it really needed some frying pans. They only had 3 pots. There were regular dishes, glasses, and silverware, but no big bowls. The elevator kept breaking down during our 6-day stay. Most of the staff didn't speak English, but they used their phones to help translate. »

« Waking up to no running water to bathe or brush your teeth is completely unacceptable. I was very disappointed with my stay. When I mentioned the issue to the front desk, there seemed to be very little concern, and no effort was made to offer compensation, points, or any type of accommodation for the inconvenience. The lack of empathy and customer service only added to an already frustrating experience. »

« I ended up here after a not so great experience at another IHG location and was very well satisfied about coming here. The room was clean, no roaches and the breakfast was decent. »

« Everything was great during our stay: our room was very clean and maintained each day. The breakfast offered a nice variety of foods that appealed to everyone. The staff was very attentive and took care of issues immediately when they noticed them instead of letting them go and waiting for a guest to complain - that is huge and becoming less common lately! This is our go-to hotel when we travel to this area - we will definitely come back next time! »
