The hotel is good but the service and amenities are a far cry from a 5 star. It doesn't live upto the ITC 5 star standards. We had been put into a room which wasn't set up. Had a broken shower which wasnt checked before handing the room and the problem couldn't be fixed. Finally past midnight we were moved into another room and the service was unacceptable when we had a very long tiring journey with young kids who just wanted to shower and sleep.
The staff is polite and courteous but inexperienced to handle a 5 star property. The breakfast service was excellent with a large spread and delicious food. Excet for the initial handling of the situation, it was a pleasant stay but not thee quality you expect for a 5star property. Its a good 4 star hotel. Thank you.
