Home includes 1 full bedroom with queen bed and an upstairs loft with queen bed and amazing river views! Full kitchen with all the appliances and supplies you need to cook a fabulous meal. Comfortable living room with pull out sofa, large flat screen TV, electric fireplace, and plenty of movies and games for the entire family. The home is complete with a screened in porch off the living room and an open deck off the master bedroom. All patios have amazing views along with comfortable seating and lighting. Open air barn and plenty of scenic picnic spots. Bountiful wildlife at your doorstep with deer, fox, turkey, and a variety of birds including our resident Bald Eagles! We had a lot of fun exploring the property and hanging out. The house was clean and in great shape. We were able to create a wifi hotspot through or cell phone to stream movies at night. We had an issue where the water went out for an hour or so. Nothing to do with the host. In fact, Natalie was very responsive and on top of the issue the moment I reached out. The home was well off the highway so it felt secluded. There is one other tiny home beside it so we weren’t totally alone, but that was the only home you could see from the property. The home was very clean and well stocked and we had everything we needed. And the views were stunning!! I slept in the loft and loved seeing the sunrise over the lake/river in the mornings. I was surprised by the nice restaurants and things to see in Chattanooga, which is the closest city, and we took several other day trips to the Smoky Mountains, Jack Daniels Distillery, and state parks while there.
