The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a spectacular location. The only issue we had is when we did our check in, the staff removed our visa from our passports. This is something they should be awared they should keep in the passports of tourists at all times and never remove. It's an important detail that hotels that cathers to internaltional tourists should really be careful about. Thankfully we. noticed the mistake and we were able to get our visa back." I was supposed to stay only one night, but as soon as I arrived, I knew it was the perfect place — I immediately extended my stay, and I already know I’ll come back again. The rooms are huge, spotless and comfortable, the food is delicious, and the staff genuinely go out of their way to make you feel at home. With my tiring job, I’ve never felt so completely relaxed and recharged after leaving a place. Floating in the Dead Sea, watching the golden light reflect on the water, not mentioning the amazing swimming pool, and returning to such comfort made this experience unforgettable. Honestly, this hotel has all the luxury, but with a soul.
