"My mom and I stayed here while my dog was hospitalized after a surgery. We had spent the previous night at a more expensive, fancier place down the road and the Comfort Inn had it beat by a mile. It was super clean, had a beautiful view of the river and complimentary breakfast and parking. At the other location, not only did I pay more for the room but also for parking and breakfast. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"The front of house (specifically the point of arrival) needs a significant reinvention. As I waited for more than ten minutes to check in, there were four staff members coaching a trainee on the “only working computer” as she fielded phone calls that should have been routed to a reservation line. And then I was told that I needed to pay for parking—first time at a Fairfield in the history of 35+ years of travel. Not without irony, I am an owner of a Sheraton Hotel in Texas: same systems, and it’s not like I don’t know how to help them. They have demonstrated why guests become so furious with flag hotels: they’re fine taking their money in advance and then continuing to fall flat on their face with basic hospitality in service. Very frustrating. "

"Love the look & feel of the Wren! Great location despite not having on-site parking. Towels are a bit worn. The Pendleton blanket across the bed is dirty and needs to be dry cleaned. "

"The staff were friendly courteous helpful. In the bed was the most comfortable bed.I've slept in and in years. But we need a few more minutes.I think like a microwave in a room. Aside from that, it was great awesome.But don't expect much for a minute as there aren't any"
