When we arrived, they had put on the TV a surf video with relaxing music and an atomizer with changing colours, very welcoming! There had been a small issue but both our contact and the young woman at the front desk were fully determined to resolve it. Kudos to both!! We will for sure be coming back. Bémol : notre fille de 3 ans a trouvé des cachets de médicaments au pied du lit. L'aspirateur n' a pas dû être passé, cela aurait pû être extrêmement dangereux.
