The location is wonderful, the view amazing. The bed and the coach were awful. The patio chairs were hard to sit on. It was not listed at the time that there was no beach access. So it was disappointing that we had to walk down 2 blocks to get access.

The property was clean and easily accessible. There was still some construction going on from the storm but it did not take away from the view. The only thing that I would change is the bed. It was uncomfortable for 2 people.

The building was clean, though a bit dated; the condo was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfy, no ants in the kitchen, no issues with the locks; though the bedroom window could do with darker curtains, as mentioned by another reviewer. The beach was easily accessible. Parking was fine. No issues checking in or out. I'd most likely stay here again if I'm in the area. Sad to see the destruction of the hurricane, but everyone seems to be making progress with rebuilding, and while a pool would have been nice, it isn't a top priority for me. Be warned - there aren't any condiments! Don't make my mistake, BYOC! 😆 The kitchen was otherwise just fine for my needs.

Sweet getaway!
It was a beautiful little apartment. Property was still rebuilding after hurricane damage so no pool or hot tub. Bar and grill was closed too. Beautiful beach and lots to do near by. The keys didn’t work well in the room lock. Good for the price but won’t be back until some updates are made. Enjoyed our time there.

Great Space and Location
Located on the second floor of the Sunglow, this unit was clean, nicely decorated, and was as advertised. Unit has a great ocean view and a large balcony to enjoy morning coffee, lunch, and/or cocktails in the evening. We enjoyed our stay and had beautiful weather. The unit is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shopping. There are many others that can easily be reached by car. The area is still being cleared of storm damage, which includes the loss of the swimming pool and deck area at this place. Repairs are being made here and at other places nearby. A bulldozer working on the property next door, began working at 6am and the back-up warning beeping woke me up. The following day, I was awakened by the sound of a jackhammer being used on this property. Of course, this is not the property owner's issue, it just comes along with what is being done to clear, repair, and rebuild after a storm causes damage. I'm sure they are all working hard to get it completed as quickly as possible. The provided towels and washcloths were only a few and could not be replaced or obtained from the front desk; however, there is an on-site coin laundry room to wash and dry. If you don't want to wash, I'd recommend bringing extras of your own if you plan to stay more than a day or two. There is cable television, but it was difficult for me to understand how to use it. One could not click on a show from the guide, but had to key in a channel that included a period (i.e. 42.4, 51.2, etc). I bought a Roku to use during our time there, which worked well for us. The owner has a list of the channels available; it may have just been me not understanding. The bathroom had one small hotel-sized bar of soap, so you'll need to bring your own body wash or soap. Everything else was well stocked. Overall, this was a great place to stay, and I believe the great price takes into consideration the issues involved with the repairs. The owner was very quick to respond to questions - great communication from him. I'd recommend this property and would happily return there myself. Thank you, David, for allowing us the opportunity to vacation at your place!

This is an older building but is kept very clean and nice and the condo has been upgraded. The pool and jacuzzi were great with outdoor showers and bathrooms with a little barbeque area. We were here for the daytona nascar race and really had a great time here. Has a great balcony overlooking crabby joes on the pier which has pretty good food/and a fishing pier/ All n All had a great time and would stay here again

Perfect weekend getaway
From start to finish this was a fabulous vacation rental experience. The host was super responsive and helpful. We had a few questions and he got back to us almost instantly. The condo itself is beautifully decorated. You totally get the beach vibe. The unit was immaculate. I am really picky with cleanliness and this place was top notch. I was so impressed with the condition of the unit. The location is perfect. You are right on the beach and within walking distance to Crabby Joe’s. There’s a multitude of other eating options nearby and plenty of places to shop as well. I would absolutely stay here again!
