Enjoy our open oceanfront studio with 1 queen bed and 1 queen sofa sleeper for up to 4 guests.

Wake up to beautiful sunrises with a cup of espresso, breathtaking daytime ocean views and nighttime city views from your balcony on the 7th floor.

The condo provides a heated pool, a jacuzzi and direct beachfront access. Beach towels, a cooler, two beach chairs, and a beach umbrella are provided for you.

The kitchenette provides a refrigerator, a stove, microwave, toaster oven and toaster for cooking as well as pots, pans, dishes, utensils, wine glasses, a Nespresso machine and coffee cups.

The TV connects to the internet and is ready to use with your subscription apps. Also now includes cable tv with 220 stations!

Off of the living room is the balcony with amazing views. A railing separates the neighboring condo balconies as to not obstruct any views. The unique north facing unit allows views of both sunrises and sunsets, the ocean, the pier and city skyline nighttime views.

The GE Zoneline PTAC unit provides both powerful air conditioning and electric heat for those rare cooler evenings in the winter. We also have a dehumidifier in the unit for your comfort.

One parking pass is included. Parking is first come, first served during busy weeks. There are additional parking lots available (free and pay to park).

Two restaurants, Crabby’s Oceanside and LandShark Bar & Grill, are within a 5 minute walk of the condo. The pier is within a 15 minute walk and has tons of shops and restaurants for you to enjoy.

Harbour Beach Resort is a well maintained older building with unique charm. The condo unit is recently updated with a new bed, sofa sleeper, A/C unit and dehumidifier.

Daytona beach has various events throughout the year including: Spring break, Bike week, Daytona Turkey Run, Biketoberfest and Jeep beach and of course, the Daytona 500 and other racing events.
