College student pick up
We were in town to pick up our child from college at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. The home was conveniently located to school, the beach, and great food. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of space to accomadate a family or multiple friends. Host was super friendly with quick response time. We will definetly book again. Again, thanks for our stay!

10 minutes from everything
We enjoyed having our own spaces throughout the house. The personalized artwork pieces and beautiful dining room table gave it a special beachy vibe that added to the comfort of our stay!

Daytona bike fest getaway
Overall the house was perfect for what we needed. Added bonus was the sofa bed. Perfect distance to what we wanted to do. Was able to Instacart food as well. Kitchen had everything you needed there were towels and blankets that were sufficient to our needs. I love the soft throw blankets we used to chill and watch movies. I enjoyed my stay to the fullest. House was cozy and so well kept and decor was super cute. Would definitely stay again. Wish property had a jacuzzi but other than that loved it.

House was clean and nicely furnished. Has an old school beach house feel. Was very well located for our needs. Lots of places to eat and activities within a 10-15 minute ride.

Friends Trip for Daytona 500

Sadly this trip to Florida was not for vacation.. sadly our family had to take 16 hour road trip from Arkansas to Florida for funeral services. After being on the road for so long, we were happy to pull up and truly make myself at home. The house was CLEAN. After booking I had come across a review regarding the smell in the home, I became concerned, both my daughter and I suffer from allergies. We had no issues. As stated in the response there were dehumidifiers in place and we had no issues. This house truly had EVERYTHING needed. Kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils, pots, kids utensils, coffee AND creamer. Even could grind your own beans with the multiple options they had available. They had all the little things you forget when traveling.. Talk about cool.. to my surprise, my kids played the board games available with the family that stopped by (Life, Monopoly) . There were some toys available for the littles and movies.. the house was convenient to stores.. food.. entertainment and getting back and forth to Orlando.. not to mention minutes from the beach.. I will most definitely be booking the house for future trips to Florida..

Great Stay For The Rolex24
5 Stars! The host was wonderful and the property was very clean. We had a guys trip for the Rolex24 at the speedway. I would stay here again for a similar trip.

Asthmatics BEWARE!
Attention asthmatics with musty smells and mold triggers. Do not stay at this rental. I had to find an alternative place to stay due to these triggers. The place is immaculate and very aesthetically pleasing, however I couldn’t breathe inside due to my asthma. Think otherwise if you suffer from asthma. My host was very kind to gives us a $150 credit when notified of my alternative stay elsewhere.

Thank you for your honest review. I suffer from chronic allergies and have a daughter with asthma. It made me understanding in this case. This 71 year old Florida coastal home has a crawl space and does have an inevitable, occasional moist air scent. It is why we include a whole home dehumidifier that continuously runs and a whole home air purifier that can be run at guests discretion. For normal and mild health conditions, this is ideal. Rest assured that neither mold or mildew are an issue in the home. That being said, those 2 are not the only triggers severe respiratory sufferers have to worry about. The partial refund was a holiday courtesy. I am glad that the home was comfortable enough for the rest of your party to enjoy the entire stay with no issues.

Cozy Stay By The Beach
We were very pleased with the aesthetic inside of the property, it reminded us of a cozy beach cottage by the sea. The decor really captures your attention and makes you feel right at home. Very clean property and management was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying again once we return to Daytona Beach for our next mini Vacay!
