WELCOME to CASA TORTUGA! Located on the quiet, non-driving section of New Smyrna Beach, this OCEANFRONT condo offers the PEACE and TRANQUILITY associated with being directly on the ocean.

This beautifully appointed 5th floor unit has been updated throughout. The open floor plan with sliding glass doors onto the balcony allows you to enjoy the incredible ocean views, while relaxing in the family room. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and private bath. The guest room is brightly decorated with twin beds and is in close proximity to second bathroom. The love seat in the family room folds out into a twin bed. Updated, spacious kitchen fully stocked with coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher, making your stay easy and stress free. Washer/dryer in the unit for added convenience. Flat screen TVs with cable service are featured in the family room and both bedrooms. Beach towels, beach chairs, and sand toys are available for your use.

UPDATED in 2015: new flooring in bedrooms, new sliding glass balcony door, new balcony furniture, new balcony railings and new hot water heater

This quiet DIRECT OCEANFRONT building boasts a large heated pool, kiddie pool, shuffleboard courts, pool clubhouse with Wi-Fi (wireless internet access/also available in the condo) and many activities for winter guests. Enjoy the convenience of the small shopping center directly across the street complete with a grocery store, restaurants, and a few misc. shops. Churches and other restaurants are also nearby.

Second time I’ve stayed at this condo. The condo has everything you need. It’s clean, in a fantastic location. Looks right over the beach! The staff at the condo is also so friendly and accommodating. If it’s available book it. We had 4 girls and had MORE then enough room to be comfortable.

We’ve been coming to the New Symrna Beach area since 2015. This is the first time in this condo and we loved it. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Right on the beach with fabulous views. Lots of shops and great restaurants nearby

Second visit, just as beautiful! Location is excellent! No direct access to the beach currently due to storm damage, but a short 1/2 mile walk either way there is a public access. Location is ideal and we had a wonderful trip!

Good value, great location
The view and location is the standout feature for this condo. Unfortunately for us, the beach access had been destroyed in the storms, but it should be rebuilt relatively soon. The condo itself is pretty standard. Lots of towels and dishes/utensils. Starting to show it's age in some areas but nothing crazy, and the rate is fair.

Wonderful condo on the ocean
Condo was exactly as described- better actually. Plenty of linens, beach stuff, towels to use. Washer/dryer was a plus. Kitchen has everything you would need and then some. And CLEAN! The building is well maintained, pool area has plenty of chairs and umbrellas, can’t beat the ocean view while laying in the pool. You can tell these owners take pride in their property and really want you to have a great experience. View from the balcony while sipping coffee, watching the sun come up was just delightful. Highly recommend this unit and these owners.
