« Our room had no towels,we were in a wheelchair room. It was dark and our view was obstructed by a concrete wall.
When we came down for breakfast, their was no eggs, sausage, or potatoes and we had to wait until the food was replaced (about 10 minutes)
No pool!?! »

« I often stay here since I work here, but live in another town. I stayed for 3 bights on my last visit. I informed the receptionist that I would be working during the night and sleeping during the day. I was not informed that the hotel was going through renovations. I could not sleep for 3 days due to the constant hammering, sawing and drilling. Had I known I would have stayed somewhere else during this time. »
