"This hotel is aged. Pain peeling, furniture faded and knocked and carpets from a bygone era. Car parking is in the town on a public street which entails carrying luggage a long way to the hotel rail shuttle and then again onto the hotel reception. The rooms are terrible. Very dated. The bed base on the floor with a thin mattress atop a 15cm high base. You don't so much step out of bed when you get above a certain age, as roll out. The bed sagged to so didn't provide comfort. "The Crystal had a staff person waiting for us at the train station, a great start to a nice visit. Francesco at the front desk took great care of us, providing several area recommendations, and helping us resolve some upcoming travel issues. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast had a nice variety of fresh options. We enjoyed our visit in St. Moritz and gladly recommend the Crystal to other travelers."
