"This is our second time staying at this condo. It's perfect! It has a dedicated boat slip, and the water is just a few steps away. The patio has two entrances, one from the master bedroom, the other from the den. It's very quiet here. Never heard our neighbors.Kitchen was well stocked. Master bed very comfortable. We did not utilize the sleeper sofa.You are really close to Harbor Point Marina and The Landing (great food and drink). Just outside the entrance to the neighborhood is a nice new grocery store.34 Market, is a few miles away, and has a great selection of wine, fresh produce, seafood/meat. There is also a liquor store next door. We of course will stay here again. Thanks, Nick for being such a great host!"

"My husband and two pups had a wonderful stay at Elks Cove. Kyle is excellent at answering questions quickly and was very helpful ahead of our trip. The house is as described in the listing and the inside and outside were clean and well maintained. We also rented the boat, and it was very nice, clean, and comfortable for exploring the lake. We loved how quiet the property is and would absolutely rent here again."

"We had absolutely no problems with our stay. Our room was spotless with plenty of room. The king size bed was very comfortable with several nice pillows. The bathroom was exceptionally clean & spacious. The continental breakfast had many items to choose from & was good & hot. The property itself was very clean & staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay at this location again."
