Our host/owner was extremely nice and helpful; even the neighbor was very helpful. It was our first trip to Lake Martin, but not our last."

It has more available supplies than an average vacation rental, very comfortably furnished, beautiful well maintained deck and very responsive helpful owners. "I really can’t say enough good things about our stay at this Lakefront townhouse.The first 2 days we only left for dinner….we soaked in the view while relaxing on the patio & waterside swing. Also tried our luck at fishing from the dock while watching beautiful sunsets. Loved the comfortable living room furniture & big screen TV for an evening movie.The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need.. to include a drip coffee pot, as well as a Keurig. Nick was great great with his timely response and helpful suggestions on restaurants and things to do.We are already looking forward to a return visit"
