"Arrival and departure was simple and very much appreciated. The Treehouse was clean and perfect for easy beach access and great food at the Landing. We loved our stay and Win was so quick and accommodating with our needs. This is not a 5 star hotel where all the dishes match so if you need that, there are many other guests waiting in line ... but we loved it and will definitely be back. Our stay exceeded above and beyond."

"I would not recommend staying at this hotel. My experience was very disappointing. There were roaches in the dining area. While my wife, another couple, and I were eating, roaches were coming out of the table. When we told the staff, they said they already knew about the problem. I also found a dead roach in my bed, which was very upsetting. The dresser had a broken strap hanging off. The entry door to the bathroom door handle was on backwards. I had to put it on the right way. The service was poor from check-in to check-out. They pick and choose which guest to offer the trolly belhop service to. I had to carry my wife’s and I baggage to our room upon arrival. Most of the staff seemed to have a bad attitude, and we did not feel welcome at all. As someone who works in hotel management and travels often, this was the first time I felt this uncomfortable at a hotel. The property itself is run down and needs a lot of improvement, both in maintenance and customer service. There is also very little to do nearby, and the restaurants recommended by the hotel are about 30 minutes away. The only positive part of our stay was Lydia, who was friendly and introduced herself. Overall, I suggest paying extra to stay somewhere else. I would visit St. Croix again, but not this hotel. "

The pictures just cannot and do not capture the beauty, charm and breathtaking views of Casa Blanca. The cottage is very well equipped, and we had everything we needed for our 15 day stay. We loved the location, the beach, the snorkeling, The Landing restaurant’s food and drinks (we ate there 5 times!), and loved the free beach chairs. We had a car and toured the whole rest of the island and were happy we had chosen this place on Cane Bay!"
