Designed for your comfort and enjoyment with large open floorplan with lovely well-stocked kitchen, ample dining space and spacious living area with Gulf beach views! Relax in the comfortable living room and enjoy the large flat screen smart TV with Xfinity cable, Blu-ray player, complimentary DVD collection and high-speed Wi-Fi. The living room has 2 large glass sliding doors so you can enjoy the view as the waves roll ashore on the white sugar sand beach. Step through the living room sliders and both south King bedrooms and you’ll find what will soon be your favorite place – the huge gulf beachside deck. \*\*New feature available starting May 2024 Gulf view spa, (spa fee applies for usage $130 plus tax, contact us for details on this optional amenity). The gulf beachside deck is covered for your comfort with bonus open uncovered areas on the east and west sides of the deck for those of you who can’t wait to bask in the sunshine. Stairs from the gulf beachside deck take you to the sand below and then you’re moving on towards the water’s edge and miles of sandy beach. For the outdoor chef in your family, a gas grill is located on the gulf beachside deck. You’ll love the well-equipped kitchen with stainless Whirlpool appliances including a French door refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave and smooth top stove. You’ll find all the small appliances that make meal prep a breeze as well – Cuisinart automatic drip coffeemaker, toaster, blender, hand-mixer, crockpot, air fryer and an Instant-Pot. The dining area has a table that seats 8 with 4 additional bar stools located at the adjacent kitchen bar. A high chair and booster pad are also available for your family’s use. Toes in the sand has four spacious and comfortable bedrooms and four full bathrooms with two bedrooms and bathrooms located on the east side of the central common areas and two bedrooms and bathrooms located on the west side. The Southeast bedroom has its own Gulf beachside deck access, Gulf beach view and is equipped with a King bed, Roku smart TV, ceiling fan, ample closet and storage space plus a private full bathroom with a spacious shower with a built-in seat. Leaving the Southeast bedroom, you’ll find the laundry area located in the east hallway. The laundry area is equipped with a full-size Whirlpool washer and dryer. Just past the laundry area is the Northeast bathroom which is equipped with a combination tub and shower. The Northeast bedroom is located beside the Northeast bathroom and is equipped with two Full/Twin bunk beds, ceiling fan and a Roku smart TV. Located on the west side of the home are the third and fourth bedrooms and bathrooms. The Southwest bedroom has its own Gulf beachside deck access, Gulf beach view and is equipped with a King bed, Roku smart TV, ceiling fan, ample closet and storage space plus a private full bathroom with a spacious shower with a built-in seat. This one “toes in the sand” will be our go to from now on. This house is stunning and great beachfront access. Beautiful views of sunrise and sunset. Our dog really loved it too. Supplies were very limited especially for eight people staying five nights. Owners were very helpful and responded quickly to our calls or texts. And some of the pictures showed suntan chairs and under the impression we would have those and was not. We had to go buy some bc we didn’t bring ours bc we thought there were some there. And some of the kitchen appliances didn’t work and some pans need to be updated bc we did a lot of cooking and had to go buy a few pans bc a lot were scratch up and things were sticking even with oil and spray. But love location and floor plan .
