Spacious 2075 square foot open floor plan with 2nd floor loft/parlor overlooking living room. Huge windows with bay views everywhere in the soaring 18 foot high living room. Well equipped kitchen has everything. Large laundry room with washer/dryer and sink. Free wifi internet & 3 large flat screen TVs. Huge bay-front deck out back with covered and open areas and a second covered deck out front on south side has view to Gulf beach. Plenty of chairs and lounges on the decks with eating tables. Charcoal grill available outdoors underneath roofed area, with view of water while you cook. PRIVATE DOCK to enjoy relaxing or fishing!!! Note the second floor of the dock is not to sit on, but it does provide nice shade while you relax on the first floor. UNIQUE SET-UP: You are only 100 feet from your private sandy beach and private dock on the Sound. Decks overlook both South and North. Double height living room with panoramic views. Also, a second private beach available on Gulf Street side, quick walk across the street with easy access. PRIVATE SANDY BEACH with the best location on the bay side. This is the last house on the street and there is a long stretch of beach to the east that has no docks and very few people. Depending on size of your boat, bring it along. ENCLOSED OUTDOOR SHOWER under HOUSE. COVERED CONCRETE PARKING PAD under house. THIS IS THE MOST PET FRIENDLY PLACE YOU WILL FIND. We allow multiple doggies! Sundeck has latched gate to contain dogs. Get the pups out on the beach 100 feet from your back door. SUNRISES and SUNSET VIEWS from inside huge windows and decks! Sandy private bay beach with private dock PLUS private Gulf beach access! No permits are required for fishing or just enjoying either beach. MORE DETAIL ON BEDROOMS and BATHS: Again, total of 4 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms downstairs, and 2 bedrooms upstairs. 2 FULL BATHS and 1 HALF BATH. One of the King bedrooms is considered your "master" suite located on our first floor with its own Smart TV set and wide glass doors opening up to the deck which faces the bay. Great unobstructed views, all the time. Attached to the master is a large bathroom. THe other first floor bedroom has a queen size bed and a private deck balcony which overlooks the gulf side. It is close to our second downstairs bathroom. Upstairs is another King Size Bedroom, plus the fourth bedroom which has 2 twin size beds. THere is another full bath upstairs. LIVING SPACE/FIRST FLOOR: Large airy open two story living room, dining table and fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. The diniing and living room areas open onto the back deck, with sliders. Also, double-height windows face the bayside. SECOND FLOOR has a large open living area with our third TV, as well as the 2 second floor bedrooms already described. Large, tall windows face both the Gulf side AND the Bay side from the second floor, views of the water all around! OUTSIDE: Enjoy our large outdoor area below the house with outdoor shower. Enjoy our long, newly constructed wooden walkway to bay beach leading directly to your private dock. BEAUTIFUL NATURE: the Sunrise AND sunset is visible from your house! The bed and other furniture was comfortable. The view of the bay was quite pretty. The manager had an air conditioner repair company come very quickly, when there was a problem with one of the air conditioners.Overall, the place was clean, however, the throw rugs in the master bath were dirty, as well as deep dirt in corners. The front entrance landing area and front door were pretty dirty. The deck had cushions and beach items strewn about. The description was that the Gulf was across the street. True, but you can’t see from the front, nor just walk across the street. The dogs thoroughly enjoyed the garden and the beach. The house had everything we needed. Deborah, the rental agent, was fantastic. We spent most of our time sitting on the dock fishing and talking. I caught many fish including founder right off the dock. The views were spectacular. We like to travel with our pups and this home was very accommodating. There was plenty of room for our group to spread out. The views were amazing. We had amazing sunrises and sunsets. We had multiple days when we were visited by dolphins. The gulf side is a fairly easy walk but we decided that we enjoyed the relative quiet of the bay. Plenty of sand by the dock to sit and relax. Water was calm and shallow. The home is very comfortable with plenty of kitchen supplies. Check in was easy and the property manager was very responsive and pleasant. The house is comfortable, though needing a little maintenance and TLC, but nothing to keep us from returning. The protective furniture covers provided are a godsend! Was such a wonderful get away - we took our hammocks and tied them up on the dock and relaxed. The mosquitoes were the only negative part - make sure to take bug spray. The house had everything we needed and was roomy. We enjoyed playing games around the table. We saw dolphins from the dock several days and enjoyed the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. It is in a perfect spot. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. My husband fished a lot off the dock. We saw dolphins. It was very peaceful even though we had neighbors on both sides. We only used the both level of the house and only one of the bedrooms. The bed was very comfortable.. The back deck has a picnic table and a lot of comfortable seats. I wanted to find a quiet spot where I could bring my dog but yet enjoy the outdoors. This house/location looked to be perfect and it was! The Germans were very impressed and said so quite often. There was an issue with the heat not working the first night but Deborah, the PM, was on it and had it fixed as quickly as possible.
