The view was outstanding. We didn't take advantage of the pool because the weather wasn't great and we didn't realize the pool was heated until the last day we were there. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated.

Check in was easy. Condo was well stocked. The oven area stunk very bad. There was a terrible sour smell. We bought a candle and lysol hoping to disguise smell but it never went away. We couldn't find the source of the smell, so had to deal with that the entire week we were there. Couch seemed dirty and smelled like urine. Patio furniture needs to be replace it was worn and tattered.

Great family location

The condo was as it looks. Tons of space for my family of 3. This was our 1st trip to Dauphin Island, and it is very low key. Beaches aren’t full and there wasn’t any nonsense to deal with. The walk to the beach is about 2 minutes down the boardwalk then 6-8 minutes to the water, a good hike but doesn’t warrant anything less than 5 stars. The pool was shut down for a day which hampered the day but it still doesn’t change how great the condo was. I would recommend to families looking for a low key stay.

Nice stay

Cons: - check-in process was not as stated in the confirmation email I received. I had to call and request gate code that was suppose to be generated the morning of my arrival and the code did not work. I had to go back to my original email from booking, months prior, for the door code. - overall cleanliness was subpar. We had to sweep upon arrival, multiple long hairs in one bed. - check-out process required washing, cleaning, and putting away dishes. Stripping beds and start a load of linen in the wash. Typically, I am use to starting the dishwasher but having to have it finished and unloaded prior to arrival seems excessive, especially when leaving early and no liquid dish soap is provided. Leaving me curious as to what my cleaning fee covers. - mattresses could be replaced. Both are past their prime with additional mattress toppers in place, however still makes for a difficult sleep. Pros: - location is fantastic! - beach area is not crowded - pools are well maintained and never too crowded. - wonderful view of the ocean from the spacious balcony.

View, sand, sound of waves

3rd floor, wide open beaches with nothing but sand dunes and waves between me and Central America (of course there are some boats, dolphins, oil rigs but who cares). Beaches had very few footprints because there are so few people. I got up at 5 am to walk to the lagoon in warm salty water on a calm day to watch the sunrise alone. About a mile from the condo. Restaurants and the quiet bay side within easy walking distance. Condo was clean and well decorated for appropriate ambiance. I will be back (No tv internet access, so I read a lot)

Perfect spot to relax and recharge

We stayed for a week at this beautiful condo and wish it could’ve been longer! Beautiful view, comfortable furnishings, and quiet surroundings. The pool was right below the balcony. Both adults and children utilized the pool respectfully, were kind to one another, and just created a relaxing atmosphere. The beach is outstanding and stretches for miles in both directions. There were quite a few restaurants within walking distance as well. We hope to come back soon!

Beautiful condo, great views of ocean. Walk-in shower was perfect for my husband, on a walker. We brought his shower stool. We were down for CBA bird banding, and this was a perfect location. Would definitely come again to this condo.

Relaxing getaway

I came alone for a bit of a grief retreat after the loss of my Husband. I felt safe in the gated community. The condo was clean and cozy. The decor gives off a warm and appealing vibe. I spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view. The bed in the bedroom off the balcony was super comfy, and I had the best nights sleep. I ate most of my meals at the condo, which had a well equipped kitchen with everything I needed to prepare meals. Short walk to the beach, and the pool was nice too.

Nice condo

The only reason that I have rated this property as 4 out of 5 stars is due to an issue we had with the bedspread in the guest bedroom. Upon arrival, my husband and I noticed a distinct odor when we entered the guest bedroom and bathroom. After closer inspection, we discovered that the smell was coming from the bedspread. I texted the management about the issue, but it was after hours, so I figured I would hear back the next morning. I didn't. I had to call them myself around noon. She came up to the room and said, "Oh, the bedspread just needs to be washed." She left, said she would be back to take care of it later, but never did. There was a small refund for the cleaning fee that was appreciated, but we did have to keep the door to that bedroom closed at all times. We did not feel it was our job to wash the bedspread. Everything else was perfect. We love Dauphin Island, and the condo was well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The view is great, and the laid back atmosphere is the reason we returned for a second trip this summer.

Dauphin Island Inn #304

We enjoyed the stay very much. The condo was very nice and clean and comfy. The price was right and we had the right amount of space needed for two couples. The view to the beach was perfect. We would definitely stay here again. The only negative is that some people actually live on their condos and are a little territorial so you will definitely want to be respectful of all the rules such as the pool closing at 9pm which I feel is a little early.

Peaceful, beautiful getaway

Very clean, comfortable condo with perfect views of the ocean. I was there in March and found it to be an extremely quiet, peaceful and convenient location with instant access to heated outdoor pools, the beach, a grill, and the town’s main bike paths. I couldn’t have found a more ideal escape. The full kitchen was well stocked and I loved the balcony. My only tip would be to bring your own groceries before you get to the island and also bring your own garbage bags. The ones provided are too thin and tear before you can even get them out of the can, so bringing trash to the chute will be quite the challenge if you don’t have your own bags. Everything else was good quality and above expectations. Highly recommend this condo.
