It's 'Bout Time Too! Bay Front Home with Lagoon...and a PRIVATE POOL along with an enlarged pool deck and shuffleboard court. 'Bout Time Too was designed to take advantage of the stunning views of the Island’s north shore, including fantastic Gulf views - making your memories Picture Perfect! Large decks are located on both the Gulfside and Bay/Soundfront of ‘Bout Time Too and are well furnished with ample seating. Laze the days away on the hanging swing or recline on lounge chairs and soak up the sun. Outdoor dining options include a dining table on the back deck as well as a picnic table under the home. Bout Time Too has a wonderful private lagoon and sandy beachfront right in your own backyard and a private in deck pool. (Pool can be heater in cooler months for a $250 pool The Gulf beach is just out the front door and directly across the street. You’ll love the open floor plan overlooking the north shore. The central great room features a large, well-equipped kitchen with everything you’d expect and more. The kitchen island provides bar seating and is adjacent to the dining area. The waterfront living area has multiple sliding glass doors to maximize the fantastic views, comfy seating and a large flat screen TV. Each of the four bedrooms are also equipped with a flat screen TV... but who needs TV when you’ve got the great outdoors! The master suite is located on the bay front and has a king bed with a private full bathroom including a shower and separate garden tub – allowing you to relax in your own private retreat. Sliding glass doors open onto the deck for amazing views. The third bedroom features a Queen bed and sliding glass doors that also opens onto the deck. The fourth bedroom has 2 full / twin bunk beds. The hallway between these two bedrooms has a full bath with double vanity. ‘Bout Time Too is equipped with an outdoor shower for easy beach cleanup and is Pet Friendly (limit 2 dogs – no cats). That’s right, you get it all, and it’s ‘BOUT TIME TOO! \*Please note: Guests may have the pool heated for an additional $250 weekly fee. This surcharge is due to the additional pool heater utility usage. Please contact our office for details. When purchased, the pool heater will be turned on the morning of your arrival. The house was immaculate, the island was magical and we couldn't think of a better more relaxing way to spend our Christmas. We will be back again to this house. It's perfect. Boardwalk realty was incredible to work with as well. They called to check in on us and let us know who to call in Christmas if anything were to happen since the office was closed. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the amazing stay we did. Having the dock to walk down to the bay was so nice and then a minute walk across the road you could access the gulf. The outdoor entertainment area was so nice, we spent most of our time there! The only reason why I have this 4 stars instead of 5 is because once it got dark it was hard to use the outdoor space. All we could find to light up the deck/pool area were the big flood lights which attracted bugs. Also the door below the oven was busted and we did have to use the broom to clean up some leftover sand prior to unpacking. But overall we honestly really enjoyed our stay! We had double red flags almost everyday, but having the pool and being on the bay gave us various options to still have fun in the sun. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the beds were super comfy. Everything was very clean and the AC worked very good. The house was absolutely perfect and we would definitely stay at it again. The only cons were having to pick up physical keys at the office prior to getting to the house. A door code lock would be a minimal cost and make check in much smoother. Not a huge deal though. The grill was also very dirty and too much to clean. We went and purchased a small grill for us to cook our food on and hauled it back with us. Again not a huge deal. Leaving from the back door to bay beach took less then 5 min.. an lots of crabs, fish, sting-rays an birds ! Felt like we had a private beach, early morning walks I never saw anyone on the beaches around us. Most of the time we were free from other people that felt nice. Our boat was easily in & out at the boat ramp that was a few minutes away. We pulled the boat right up to beach to load kids & take rides - defiantly nice to be able to be so close. Looks like construction may add a pier like other houses but not sure. Home had plenty of room an plenty on kitchen supplies to cook on.. The locals were so friendly and hospitable! We had 12 women staying in the house, and there was plenty of room for everyone to stay comfortably. Highly recommend and we will be back.
