Gateway Villa is located in the new suburb of "The Heights" Durack, Palmerston NT ( 20 minutes from Darwin CBD).

The villa has 3 bedrooms + study and 2 bathrooms, will accommodate up to 7 people.

Gateway Villa is ideal for the executive/corporate visitors or family group coming to the Top End for work or leisure.

BED CONFIGURATIONS
All Bedrooms have a built-in robe and are fully air-conditioned

1st Master Bedroom with Ensuite: 1 x Super King bed
2nd Bedroom: 1 x King bed
3rd Bedroom: 1 King bed

All Beds can be converted to 2 x single beds
Request to change the king bed to 2 x single beds must be made upon the booking time, $50 fixed extra fee applies for the entire stay.

The extra single folding bed (for extra person) it can be easily set up in the Study Room.

A cot or high chair is available on request and will cost extra $10 per night or cap to $50 if stay more than 5 days to cover the cost of house keeping and linen fee.

Lovely accommodation & great location

As soon as I opened the door the unit looked very inviting. The nine nights we spent in the unit were very comfortable,it is in an excellent position for sight seeing and shopping would stay there again

Fabulous property in Durack

The property was spacious, clean and well presented.The rooms were a pleasant temperature with the split systems and ceiling fans . We enjoyed the location as it was walking distance to Gateway shopping centre and also a 20 minute walk to visit our family who recide in Durack. We would definitely recommend this house to stay. We would have no hesitation booking this property again. Thank you.

Perfect

Great location and communication with host - had lots of family arriving from interstate and needed extra beds - was a much better option than a hotel - space to sit and watch tv take a break in the intense heat, close to Gateway and access to the Stuart highway and Tiger Brennan to slip in and explore the city and coast line or adventure a little further out of town. Thank you!

Homely & convenient

We had a great experience overall. (mainly night stays & breakfast). We were kept informed pre check in and check out. Property was clean and had all essentials and loved air conditioning and fans in every room. Watched Netflix one night. Entry through sliding doors was bit awkward due to the way blinds are installed but nothing troublesome. We loved how they provided Bosch washer & dryer (unfortunately previous visitors didn't take care to remove coins and hairpins that all clogged up washer filter). Being Melbourne residents we found Darwin weather bit challenging but not horribly hot in April. Would definitely stay again if we visit Darwin again.

This accommodation is very well located, in a nice suburb of Palmerston. Very clean, great amenities, good price. Robi is very prompt when communicating. Only thing it needs is a few more cereal bowls. Highly recommend

Great accommodation

Robbie’s place was exactly as depicted online. It was clean and comfortable with everything needed by the holidaymaker. The air conditioners in every room would be a blessing in hot weather. The location, while out of Darwin city, meant a shorter drive to Litchfield, Berry Springs etc, however this is no problem if you have your own transport.

NT group trip

We always travel in a group so it’s easier and more enjoyable and cheaper hiring a house where you have your homely comforts after a long tour day , we hired a car done our day trips from this house it was close to shops and the pub up the road cooks an awesome dinner , plenty of room with 3 comfortable king beds and these guys had all the basics , tea coffee salt pepper washing powder shampoo ect to get us started , would definitely stay again , thanks

Comfortable, well equipped and clean.

Great communication from Day 1, easy access to property. Clean and with a well equipped kitchen and laundry (washing powder being provided was a nice touch) Ample A/C which was great for us Southerners unused to the heat. Can recommend without reservation.

The home was just beautiful, clean and functional. A very homely place . Beautiful canvas all throughout the house and amazing taste for colour and decor. A great place for a family or just adults as we were.

Homely

The property is tidy and well presented. Easy to feel at home. Easily childproofed as well, for those who are travelling with toddlers. Owner is very helpful and friendly. We had two families of three, including a newborn and 20 month-old. Playground is nearby and waterpark was just down the road. Shops are also nice and close.

Perfect spot in Durack

We enjoyed our stay the property was clean and welcoming. Gateway shopping centre is very close and it is only 20mins drive to the city and airport. Quiet street with lovely parks nearby for walking and a couple of playgrounds. Highly recommend Robi and family they were very responsive to questions.

Perfect for our needs

We stayed here for 4 nights whilst visiting friends. It was in a gold location for us, very neat and well presented throughout. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The owners were great to deal with and easy to communicate with. Overall very satisfied.
