The property was clean and well kept. We had an encounter with a very rude manager. They made a mistake on our departure date and demanded we were late to check out and would need to pay a $250 fee. They rudely accused us of not knowing it was our departure day and treated us poorly,when they found they were in error they gave us 5 minutes to pack up and made us move to another room they “found” for us after stating initially they had no other rooms. There was no apology and demanded we come to the lobby to pay the resort fee for the extra day!

The staff and service are outstanding. The rooms are clean and spacious. The view of pristine turquoise water from out room was incredible. Not much activity at this resort. We used it as a jump off point to visit many places across the island as it is centrally located. I would absolutely stay here again.
