The house is freshly renovated, clean and comfortable. It is close to grocery stores and dining. The outdoor space is welcoming and cozy. There were so many little unexpected details that made this rental stand out, from a fully stocked coffee bar, to welcome waters and snacks and extra toothpaste, mouthwash and razors. Much appreciated. Secondly, the place was super clean. Everything was thought of - if we forgot tooth paste/razors, it was provided. Soap, shampoo, conditioner - check. Coffee, snacks, and some waters - check. Great location as well in a very quiet neighborhood with access to the pool. We will repeat our stay in the future here (or at their other property they own as well due to how the owners simply thought of every minor detail.
