Holiday house in Wendland- Ostheide

The house is located in the 5000 inhabitants city Dannenberg! An old town center with an old church and the Waldemarturm.
Restaurants and shopping center for shopping! A large number of riding stables nearby, Lake Thielenburg, as the larger waters of Lake Gartow and the Elbe, complete the idyllic landscape. The Elbtalaue as a large nature reserve is easy to reach by bicycle or for hiking enthusiasts on foot. Rundlingsdorf in Lübeln and a turning museum in Hitzacker are unique.
Boots and raft trips on the Elbe and golf courses are other leisure activities.
The house has been completely renovated in 2015. Covered terrace, carport, log cabin and the 800 sqm garden invite you to feel good.
2 bicycles are available, in the village there is also a bicycle rental.
The apartment to be rented ground floor has 110 sqm. 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms. A large kitchen with stove, refrigerator, oven, grill with microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a dishwasher. Washer and dryer in a bathroom. A dining room for 8 people with access to the living room with sofa bed and stove! 2 Bedrooms.
Bed linen and towels are provided.

Wonderful house and garden
The house, while not modern, was clean and had all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The owner was very responsive and very helpful.

Nicht gereinigte Wohnung, ungepflegtes Grundstück
Bei Ankunft dreckige Wohnung vorgefunden, benutzte Wäsche des Vornutzers auf Kommoden vorgefunden. Sparkiger Duschvorhang, schmierige Fugen in der Dusche, ungeputztes Bad. Lebensmittel der Vornutzer vorgefunden, Weihnachtsdekoration mitten im Frühling auf Fensterbänken und Schränken. Wir haben zu dritt 3 Stunden wohnliche Verhältnisse hergestellt. Kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Schlüssel im Kasten mit Code.. Fotos bei FeWo direkt zeigen nur Ausschnitte der Wohnung. Wohnung und Sitzecke draußen nur über Treppe zu erreichen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was wir für unseren Urlaub gebraucht haben. Die Wohnung war sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Der Vermieter wohnt in der Wohnung darüber, war aber kaum zu bemerken.

Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortes, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Zu Fuß etwa 15 Min ins Ortszentrum.Das Haus hat 2 Ferienwohnungen, eine im EG und eine im 1.OG. Wir hatten das Haus für uns alleine. Wenn die obere Wohnung ebenfalls vermietet ist, könnte es zu Störungen kommen. Auch ist mir nicht ganz klar, wie dann die Gartennutzung geregelt ist. Wir fanden unseren Aufenthalt sehr schön und erholsam.

Bescherde - Anmerkung: Eigentümer war nicht bekannt das Hunde mitgebracht wurden, es mussten € 60,00
Objekt stand erst gegen 17.15 Uhr zur Verfügung. Eigentümer war vor Ort, es war nicht bekannt, das es ich bei dem Objekt um ein Zweifamilienhaus handelt. Eigentümer war bis Mittags des zweiten Tages vor Ort (Sonntag), Garten erst nach Abreise des Eigentümers ca. 17 Uhr nutzbar, bis dahin wurde der Rasen gemäht und diverse Arbeiten am Haus und in der Wohnung des Eigentümers (Krach) erledigt.
