Central AC and HEAT! Need stress relief? Our family ocean front bottom unit townhome will give you exactly what you need. Our 3 bed-2 bath lower unit feels like a cruise ship. Can\`t get any closer to the Pacific Ocean. WE HAVE CENTRAL AC AND HEAT!! Sip coffee on your private ocean balcony, sun bath on the private beach with access from the private beach stairs from the ocean front deck or main access point a couple houses down. Stare into the beautiful pacific and spot whales and dolphins. \*Note: This home is located on the water on Beach Road. There are train tracks nearby so please keep that in mind. For those light sleepers we do provide ear plugs and white noise machines. BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: The Master Suite has a King size bed. Bedroom 2- 1 Queen Bed Bedroom 3- Bunk bed and Twin Bed. Living Room- Full sleeper sofa. AC AND HEAT- We have Central HEAT and AC!! KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen will make you feel like your at home. 8 seat dining table. LIVING: Perfectly appointed furnishings set this vacation home apart from the rest. We have 2 sofas plenty of seating and a large 56\` TV perfect for watching a big game or relaxing at the end of the day with a great movie. Enjoy our outdoor seating and take in the fresh ocean breeze from your front row ocean seats! PARKING- 2 Car maximum, must be parked directly across from the house labeled 35061 parking. INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME: All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster and blender. KITCHEN: Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. NO OTHER cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.). HOUSE SUPPLIES: Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper. OTHER ITEMS: The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. GUEST ACCESS- Guests have access to the entire home. Accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the home through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible! Other things to note…. \- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation, but, please only inquire the week of your stay. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!) WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. DO YOU HAVE BEACH TOYS, CHAIRS, UMBRELLAS FOR RENTER USE: Yes, we have some beach chairs and umbrellas for guest use. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? No, please bring your own Bluetooth enabled devices. Available for emergencies only from 9AM-9PM. Often called the Californian Riviera. Beach Road is special. Ideally situation on a breath taking private beach sandwiched between San Clemente and Dana Point. Less then 20 minutes to Laguna Beach and Newport Beach. BUT, there really isn\`t a reason to leave Beach Road! NOISE ORDINANCE: Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, our beach communities have a zero tolerance policy, if security is called a fine will be imposed. Loud noise isn\`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents! PETS: We\`re pet free other then certified emotional support or service animals (Please communicate if you plan on bringing your service/emotional support friend and would appreciate documentation after booking). We do allow some hypoallergenic breeds for a 150 per pet fee. We booked this for our annual girls trip getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene beauty of the location. The rental itself was beautifully appointed and very clean. The decor was beachy and cozy, creating a welcoming atmosphere that instantly made us feel at home. The rooms were comfortable and had plenty of storage space for our belongings. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. The living area was perfect for relaxing, playing games, or watching movies on their big screen TV. There are a few stairs to get to each level in the house, so keep that in mind if one has mobility issues. We were incredibly impressed by the responsiveness of our host, Michael, throughout our stay. From the initial booking process all the way through to our departure, he was always quick to respond to any questions or requests we had. The highlight of the rental was undoubtedly its breathtaking views of the ocean. Waking up to the sight and sound of the waves crashing against the shore was a truly magical experience. We spent countless hours lounging on the patio, mesmerized by the endless expanse of the ocean. The ocean comes right up to the beach wall of the rental. Plenty of parking, great location, good house for those who want to be on the beach but also on a budget. The patio and sitting area outside is really what you are paying for. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were adequate, this rental is all about location. We had the best time staying here with our family. Michael was amazing and quick to respond. The only downside to this property is there is no beach in front of it like the pictures reflect, and there is no sand on the deck. It’s full of rocks that fly up from the waves. Be cautious if you have young children with you. The owners will likely be home (above you) while you are there, which I wouldn’t mind but the floors are thin and they stomp! The host is extremely responsive which was so helpful leading up to our stay! Overall, the house is very clean. There were a few small maintenance items to be addressed which I noted privately but that’s also the joy of home ownership! The gated neighborhood is lovely, the location can’t be beat, and there’s quick access to neighboring cities for groceries and restaurants. There’s enough sand to access the beach in front of the property at low tide to walk. Otherwise, you’ll enjoy the scene from the property!
