"I love this hotel. The staff is amazing. The view is really enjoyable, though you really can’t see the actual baseball field. I love the convenience of it. I booked and did my room requests with Kayla and Christina who were both so wonderful, kind and professional. Oosha checked me in and she was outstanding. She was very genuine and had a great attitude. I stay here every year and I highly recommend it."

"Tony the front desk guy is very rude condescending to guests and takes over 40 min to check you in. He talks to his co workers and trashes guests as they walk awayy. He treats people like they are stupid and is unkind and stereotypes guests. Do not stay here it is a terrible hotel .. we meat guests that were checking out to go to a different location"

"I was not as pleased as I should have been for the amount of money I paid for 3 days. For $575, I expected a microwave in my room. A patio with patio furniture as shown in your pictures on "HOTELS.COM ". There was no shuttle bus to and from the airport as stated online. There was a old coffee filter inside the coffee maker. The lamp next to the bed is close to falling off. 3 star hotel at best. To end on a positive note, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower pressure was suffice. Staff was helpful. Close to resturants and store. Would probably choose The Drury Inn next to the courtyard."
