« I booked a king bed but the bed was tiny. Definitely not a king. The room was very tiny too. I’m usually much happier at this location. »

« Our room was nicely updated and clean. Our check in staff was unfriendly and didn’t seem very interested in helping us. We arrived 25 minutes early and she thought the world was ending. We offered to take a walk and come back. She decided to check if a room was available and yes there one ready. Wow that was hard…..Annoying and rude! »

« The breakfast host was extremely rude - to the point of yelling at me. The hotel appears clean in the lobby until you get to the hallways and rooms. My first room was a smoking room. The second room was a suite with a very dirty and stained couch. There is a smell all over the hotel. And the elevator made a terrible grinding noise. I would advise everyine to avoid this hotel »

« I normally do not write bad reviews but BEWARE of this TRU. Not in the best area and you could tell that this property has not been maintained very well. We stay at TRU quite often but this one was by far the worst experience we have had. Walking into the room it had a musty smell and was not clean at all. The floor around the AC was buckled and The AC WAS very loud when it cut on so loud it would wake you up at night. The TV remote was missing so I had to get one from the front desk. When...

« The rooms were very large. The facility was clean and quiet with a lovely breakfast available included in the cost of your room. The pool was clean and enjoyed a lot by the children. The outside grounds are well maintained .The best part they allow pets for a $40.00 deposit unless they are service dogs then they are not allowed I would easily give this facility 5 stars! »

« Parking was fine. Bathrooms were clean. Lotion and hand soap weren’t full in the room. That’s the only “bad” thing if you wanna call it that. »
