I arrived around 9 pm and check in was easy. I think this is probably among the cleanest and neatest places I have ever rented as there was everything I needed. As I was out all day I did not do any cooking but the kitchen was well equipped and well organized. The bed was comfy with nice crisp linens and the AC worked very well. I did take a walk to Kidd Springs Park each morning which is only a few blocks away and has a nice Japanese Garden.
