Our fully-furnished apartments feature spacious floor plans with full kitchens, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and fast WiFi. Step outside to enjoy a resort-style pool with a unique lazy river, a state-of-the-art fitness center, outdoor grilling stations, and a pet play area.  
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.  
  
For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
