We had to walk up 6 floors twice. Our door keypad failed to work on the day of our checkout, several hours before checkout time. We literally had to sit outside our room for over an hour waiting to get this resolved. The only thing the staff said was we are sorry. We sat out for over an hour!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone based on the experience of the last day. There is a club that has people in and out of it until 4:30 am directly across the street. Music, yelling, fighting, medical issues happening. I had to buy ear plugs and could still hear the noise all night long. When we got up Sunday morning to catch our uber at 4:30 Am there was people drunk out there on the sidewalks still yelling and fighting and carrying on. I literally didn’t sleep for more than an hour at a time every night. The building in very nice the apartment is nice but the location is horrible and there is no sound proofing due to the huge windows. The towels were damp and in the dryer when we got there, something sticky all over the floor in the bedroom but it wasn’t filthy.
