Guests have private access to the entire apartment and balcony! Make yourself at home is this urban one bedroom abode with close access to the rest of Dallas! Relax on the couch while enjoying the free WIFI and Smart TV features! Cook yourself a meal in our fully equipped kitchen, and sit on the balcony. Enjoy the free seasonal pool! The apartment features; new washer dryer, new flooring, living room fireplace, textured ceilings, patio etc. The apartment boasts a mix of old with the new! Updates have been made, but the entirety of the apartment has not been completely stripped. The apartment is older, and guests shouldn\`t expect a newly built apartment. This 575 sqft unit is on the 2nd floor of a Garden Style apartment complex. PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is located inside a gated/fenced 30+ unit building. The complex was built in the 1990s and occasional noises from neighboring apartments may apply. Located off a side road to the freeway. The apartment complex borders two auto shops. Urban noises are to be expected during business hours and occasionally on non business hours. Expect medium-high noise levels. LATE FEE: Check out time is strictly at 11am. We do not offer late check outs. Our late fee is $100\. We pay our professional cleaning service for each hour of time spent at the unit. We also often have an incoming guest the same day. We need the time to get the unit ready. Thank you for understanding that that the check out is firm by 11am. SMOKING: PROHIBITED. If any trace of smoke/smoking will result in a $500 fine We are very strict on this house rule.
