This was a work trip, Definitely a zero and I mean 0 star review, with all these unsafe issues. Had to park across the street, Blood on wall, broken appliances, hole in floor by back sliding door, human fescues in the middle of main entrance on sidewalk, entire apartment smelled like marajuana, my guys do not and can not smoke marajuana with the job we do; as my guys were trying to get into the building the gate codes did not work and had to walk two blocks around the entire building to find an entrance someone else was going into, so they could go in; as they were walking they had to walk through a bunch of gang members spewing racial slurs to my guys threatening them as well, holes in walls inside unit, broken shelves in closet, trays in refrigerator are broken, coffee pot pitcher missing, broken blinds, toilet paper roll holder broken, also contacted the management company told them I want a full refund, they refused to address any of the issues for several days, I contacted customer service, to only then finally got a response they would look into these issues, waited several days more, with no response, then today they send me they will give me a 10% discount on my next stay with them and want a five star review, like ummm no I want a full refund as I contacted you upon arrival and have been sending messages daily to get this unsafe stay taken care of.
