The hosts had mistakenly let them in to our property despite knowing we were there. The additional guests turned up and were trying to get into the now locked doors, making it a concerning experience for us. The hosts played it down but this ruined a good evening and frankly could have ended much worse had the additional guests not turned out to also be reasonable people. Not cool experience and the hosts seems to think it was all fine as it turned out we all figured it out. Not the point.
