Large rural vacation home in a quiet location near the Spreewald

Welcome to the Schöna vacation home.
The village of Schöna-Kolpien is located in southern Brandenburg, in the border region between Lower Fläming and Lower Lusatia, near the Spreewald.
The vacation home offers you an ideal starting point for a wide variety of activities in nature or in the surrounding towns. Tropical Island is also not far away.
The 120 m² living space, spread over two floors, offers plenty of room for 6 people. The first floor features a large living room with a cozy corner sofa and a large flat-screen TV, adjoining a dining area that seats 6 people. You also have access to a furnished terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped (including a dishwasher, oven, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle) and has a seating area for 4 people. There is also a bathroom on the first floor with a toilet and shower.
Upstairs, there is a large bedroom (1) with a double bed (180 x 200), bedroom (2) with a sleeper sofa (140 x 200)—both with access to a spacious balcony. There is also another bedroom (3) with a double bed (160 x 200) and a large bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.
The conversion to bedroom No. 3 is currently underway; updated photos will follow.
