The Space:
Tiny House Elevation 156 by Tiny Away sits in the stunning farm stay of Sweet AZ Farm in Dagun, Mary Valley Region. Hidden among towering Macadamia trees and citrus plants, with a fresh lemony scent that creates a refreshing and rejuvenating atmosphere.
Enjoy stunning views of rolling green hills, native trees, and wide open spaces—perfect for relaxing or exploring the countryside. Nearby Amamoor State Forest, Dagun Station - part of Mary Valley Rattler, and beaches in Noosa and Rainbow Beach.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home, "Tiny House Elevation 152," available with 24 hours' notice, ensuring you have even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy.
Guest Access:
Guests can access the tiny home and its surroundings, except the land host's private residence. We also ask guests not to cross other neighbouring residents on the property.

Tiny House Elevation 156 by Tiny Away, a standout among holiday homes nestled on Sweet AZ Farm in Dagun, Queensland. Guests can enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by nature, explore scenic walking trails, and take in breathtaking 360-degree views from the 331-metre-high lookout over the Mary Valley and Glass House Mountains.
Beyond the farm, there’s plenty to explore nearby—browse handcrafted goods at Dagun Markets, hike in Amamoor State Forest, or visit Kandanga Farm Store for local treats. Enjoy day trips to Noosa, Rainbow Beach, or hop on the Mary Valley Rattler for a scenic train ride. Other highlights include Kenilworth, the Gympie Gold Mining Museum, and Mary Valley Adventure Trails.
Getting Around:
By car:
- 2 hrs, 160km drive from Brisbane
- 1 min, 2 km drive to/from the nearest town Dagun. All are reachable by 2WD or 4WD.
By public transport:
- From Brisbane, you can take a train or bus to Gympie and then shuttle to the farm.
- Taxi and Uber are also available, you can arrange a ride at reasonable rates if you require transport to other places.
Other Things to Note:
- Coffee machine is available
- We have free-range roaming sheep
- Farm experience is available by prior request
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- No smoking allowed inside, except in designated areas
- Expect farm animals roaming (and noise) on our property
- Full farm guidelines will be sent before your stay – please ensure you follow them.
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
Important note:
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present
- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
