This is a new hotel on the water - beautiful property - excellent staff - parking - amenities - marvelous restaurant - would have loved a tub but these are awesome rooms with a kitchenette with dishwasher - sleeping area and separate sitting area - two televisions and a balcony with the ocean to your side in our room. Great location, nice rooms.

Breakfast had a good variety and was kept well stocked. I had a suite with a great view of the bay. Only thing missing was a TV channel list.

Excellent clean well appointed.
