"Towels not clean. Floors were not cleaned, and we stayed almost 10 days. TERRIBLE POOR LIGHTING IN THE Room. If you book thru a 3rd party the property / Hilton does not award you ANY Hilton Honors rewards , this is so backwards.. why would I book this if I had know? Location is great and quiet BUT the experience has left us poor. It’s very dated and the rooms need a DESPERATE remake/ do-over etc. needs updating."

"A great stay. Helpful welcoming staff. Sauna and pool were great (but perhaps need a more obvious translation of rules of German saunas for nieve Englishmen). Excellent buffet breakfast. Hotel is brilliantly situated to explore old town. Even lower cost rooms have a nice aspect, I imagine Rhine river view rooms are stunning."
