Most of the time it didn't work or was super-slow. When my parents needed to switch rooms, they were put in one that had no wi-fi reception at all. I need wi-fi to work, and my parents need wi-fi to stay in contact with me and with their family (since they failed to get a local SIM while in town). We were pretty underwhelmed by the Thanh Binh II; the staff were unhelpful and the ("deluxe") room was very basic (air con barely worked, bathrooms seemed more like public ones than private, quite dirty in general and the bed was very uncomfortable). It did have a small balcony which was nice, but this is the only thing that made it all "deluxe", and I personally would have preferred that the room be of a better quality. We were allowed to go to the more expensive sister hotel next door for breakfast (which was just ok) and to use the pool (which was nice) so that was a bonus, I suppose. the location was good, just a few minutes walk from the old town, this was the best thing about the hotel for us. Værelse nummer tos arcondition var lige så dårlig. Morgenmadsbuffeten var acceptal, men blev triviel i længden. På hotellet ved siden af. Poolen var acceptabel, men var også på hotellet ved siden af. Personalet var generalt dårlige til engelsk. One room for shower, one for the toilet and there was a bathtub in between with no walls or door. The sliding door to the toilet was broken so you had to lift it up and could barely close it, which made a lot of noise when trying to close or open it. There was also no lock on the door. Otherwise the room was clean but a bit noisy. Let down by some staff Great location, rooms, spacious, great having a balcony and clean. Breakfast is in next hotel, but buffet style. Great variety and helpful staff. Cleaning staff helpful and friendly. Unfortunately reception staff at times seemed dismissive, when asked questions. Don't know if it was due to different languages.
