The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean but somewhat dark. The bathroom needs to be improved and is way too dark but is fine and works. When one takes a shower the toilet also gets wet. So we chose this hotel because of it's good location to the dragon bridge area. This was nice, but everything else was disappointing. We had a language barrier with the receptionist, but she still could have been warm and friendly or at least smiled. This was the ONLY hotel in our two week stay in Vietnam that was not wonderfully welcoming. The room was disappointing as well because there were NO WINDOWS. It felt claustrophobic. It was clean enough, but the other rooms on our floor were filled by a group traveling together and they let their kids run and play in the halls while yelling from open room to open room until midnight and started again at 6am sharp. It was our worst nights sleep in Vietnam. Breakfast was not that compelling either.
