Very friendly and helpful staff - always willing to help and did everything they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Mrs Ho, the Hotel Manager was very engaging and helpful. She even helped me to extend my visa in the country. I highly recommend this place and i still cant believe it is a 3 star hotel only. Was very close to Taco NGON, a well known Mexican/Taiwanese fusion restaurant. Close to beach and restaurant. Also Hotel manager is a great help and if you only ask that she will tell you where to eat, what to visit, will get you scooter if you want. I think in my week, savings covered stay in hotel so I truly recommend for someone who wants a hotel that is nice place to stay with good location to city and beach. ##### Sean Stayed 7 nights in Dec 2017 ### 10/10 Excellent #### paklam Nov 25, 2017 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 熱誠招待的酒店 員工有禮貌和熱誠的幫助。與沙灘只有8分鐘路程，距離機也不遠。 ##### paklam Stayed 4 nights in Nov 2017 ### 10/10 Excellent #### SUNG MIN SIMON Nov 14, 2017 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 아주 잘\~ 쉬었다 갑니다. 상당히 깨끗하고 가격대비 상당히 우수한 퀄리티 였습니다. 호텔 직원들이 정말 정말 친절하게 잘 해줘서 덕분에 잘 지냈습니다. 호텔에서 스쿠터도 저렴하게(1일 120,000동 정도) 빌려서 호이안이나 다른 곳에 구경 잘 다녀 왔습니다. 처음 예약한 객실에서 무료로 업그레이드 해 주셨는데 아주 크고 쾌적한 곳이었습니다. 위치는 미케비치에서 도보로10분 정도 였던것 같았는데, 보통 스쿠터 타고 다녀서 특별히 위치적인 문제는 없었어요. 참, 근데 방음은 좀 약해서 오전에 늦잠 자시면 개짖는 소리나 사람들 다니는 소리 및 자동차 경적소리가 좀 들릴겁니다. Clean, quiet and reasonable price room. Staff are nice, friendly and helpful.
