they will upgrade bedroom roomier, bc they just open business couple months after covid, and they they will improve breakfasts. that is manager told us, hopefully future better. The rate of that we can't expect too much, that place close to Con market, but we came during rain time so walked around was dirty on sidewalk.

We've requested a quiet room 6 months ago, but thewhen we wanted to change for a quiet room, the staff asked me to pay 50k VND

Modern hotel, great bathrooms
Great bathroom facilities, fast wifi and comfortable bed. The free breakfast is pointless, basically toast and coffee. Close to train station and a Market and mall.

The reception always eager to help & assist e.g booking a reliable cab for our sight seeing and help to translate where we want to go ( the whole day) with the driver.

Great value and service
We wanted somewhere decent, inexpensive, and near the train station to take a shower and catch a few z's before a 2am train to Nha Trang. This was much better than I expected for the price, with a clean room (somewhat small but that's okay) and great service - they even packed some bread, jam, and milk for us to take since we obviously missed breakfast!

After reading the trip advisor's review, we booked this hotel due to convenience to train station and also near the Vietnamese neighbourhood. The location served our purpose. However the quality of hotel demands some review and attention. The first night was horrific as we were given a room on second floor together with a group of young locals who were partying in the room with loud music, talk, running about and smoking deep into the wee hours. We called reception twice but to no avail. On third call, we demanded a change of room because the noise was too much and we could not sleep. They offered a temporary room on 4th floor to sleep over the night which helped to solve the problem. The next day asked for a change of room because we do not want to experience the same issue for the next 2 nights and they did offer a room on 4th floor which was quiet and away from the noise which appeased us. Apart from this issue we had a good stay. It is near the local con market, parkson and big C supermarket. We found a local eatery selling delicious Chinese Vietnamese food eg wanton noodles, Braised and roasted duck noodles/rice. Price is reasonable at 40-60k dong per dish. It is also walkable to the dragon bridge and riverside along Bach dang street, about 30 min stroll and sightseeing at the same time.

Well located.
Hotel is well located, close to train station, Con Market, Big C Supermart, plenty of eating places & shopping. The room we booked was huge, bed was comfortable, has cable TV, mini bar but no room safe. Shower area has no shower curtain so the bathroom gets wet after a shower. We had a rusty kettle but got it changed with no issue. A can of insecticide was placed in the room but thank goodness there was no need to use it during our stay. Breakfast was made to order. We thought we saw a rat ran in the restaurant one evening. Staff smiles a lot but generally quiet possibly due to language barrier. They tried to stop the bus going to Hoi An for us directly outside the hotel but the bus was only allowed to stop at the bus stop. We had to run 100m after the bus. Apparently the staff was unaware of this.

深夜にシャワーを浴びたからか、お湯が出ませんでした。残念です。 ダナンの鉄道の駅からとても近いです。 また、ここの朝食はとてもオススメです！ よくあるブュッフェスタイルではなく、ベトナムのローカルフードのメニューの中から食事と飲み物を選んでオーダーすると、都度キッチンで調理して提供してくれます。 お粥とレモンジュースをオーダーしましたが、とてもレベルが高かったです。 オススメです。

딱 이정도 가격에 예상할 수 있는 정도
밤비행기라 다른 숙소에서 체크아웃 하고 오후에 좀 쉬었다 가기위해 예약한 숙소인데.. 딱 그정도로는 괜찮습니다 하지만 화장실에는 특유의 그 향..이 좀 많이 났고요 에어컨 노후 되었지만 시원하긴 합니다 침구류는 눅눅 ㅠ 화장실에서 개미 한마리 봤고요 아주 싼값에 딱 이정도인듯! 짐 보관하며 잠깐 쉴 목적으로는 괜찮음! 하지만 다음 번엔 다른 숙소 이용할듯

Le rapport qualité prix est correct. C'est un hôtel convenable pour sa catégorie, mais sans aucun charme. Les lits ne sont pas terribles, mais pour une nuit ça va. Vu le prix, on ne peut pas s'attendre à beaucoup mieux. En revanche le personnel est très gentil.

1. 샴푸 없음 2. 객실은 청결하나 곰팡이 냄새가 매우매우 심함 창문이 있는 방인데도 냄새가 너무 심하며 시트에도 냄새가 남 3. 직원들은 정말 친절함. 근처에 자전거 대여하는 곳을 물어봤는데 직접 전화해보고 정보를 알려줌. 4. 공항에서 택시로 5~10분 거리라는 큰 장점. 추가적으로 빅씨마트도 가까움.

Bad experience - would not recommend
We chose this hotel because of it´s location near railway station and reasonably good reviews. Hotel was a big dissapointment and the worst accommodation experience in our whole trip (travelling in Vietnam for 2,5 weeks, our sixth hotel in the country).This hotel should cost you a way less. The first thing we noticed in the room was bad and strong smell (moldy). We could change the room and the second room was a bit better, but not smell free. The bathrooms window was open and we asked the staff to close it (because of mosquitos and very loud traffic noise). Nothing happened so we asked again. They sent a cleaner but she couldn´t close the bathroom window. Reception called me back and told that the window could not be closed. We had some tools with us so we fixed the open window on our selves. This tells a lot about customer service in this hotel. Later in the evening we desided to boil some water for the coffee, but the kettler was full of ants in a drop of water. Two cups in the room were also already used. We found it useless to call to reception with every single thing that wasn´t as it supposed to be. There were lots of small ants in the room and they also crawled in the minibar snacks. Before sleeping we had to make one more call to reception because of loud arguing in the corridor (vietnamese guests). The breakfast was minimalistic. You can choose 1 drink and 1 meal from a menu. Most of the options are vietnamese foods.Western option is toast+jam.

마트 접근성 뛰어나나 다시가고싶지는 않아요
마트에서 가깝고 로컬 시장이 가까워 잡은 호텔 객실은 깨끗한편이나 곰팡이 냄새가 심하고 에어컨에서도 쿰쿰한 냄새가나서 호흡기 질환이 걱정스런 호텔 빅시 마트에서 도보로5분 정도 가까우나 오가는 길이 인도가 거의 없고 오토바이 많아서 공기도 나쁘고 걷기 위험했음. 마트에서는 보통 물건을 많이 사오는 편이니 택시를 이용하는게 편할것이고 호텔은 마트에서 다소 멀어도 상관없겠다는 생각이 듬 다음에 다시 간다면 이용하고 싶지 않음 . 단, 조식은 매우 훌륭하고 맛있음.

새벽도착 비행기라 공항 근처에 저렴한 곳으로 예약하기 위해 이곳을 예약했습니다. 시설은 나쁘지 않았습니다. 다만 따뜻한 물이 잘 나오지 않아 아쉬웠습니다. 조식은 뷔페가 아니고 한 가지 선택해서 먹는거였는데, 쌀국수가 제일 무난한 것 같습니다. 다낭대성당까지는 택시로 한 5분이면 가고, 빅씨마트랑 꼰시장까지는 걸어서도 충분히 갈 수 있는 거리여서 저는 대성당갔다가 걸어서 꼰시장가서 구경하고 빅씨마트에서 장을 보고 걸어서 호텔로 가고, 바로 호이안으로 넘어갔습니다! 새벽에 도착하시는 분들이 하룻밤 머물기는 괜찮은 곳이라고 생각됩니다.

Exceeded our expectations
Good values for money and it's a bit exceed my expectations as you can have a comfortable stay with such low price! The thing I like most is the breakfast! It's very tasty and very glad that we could have a very nice breakfast before our early flight and last day in da nang! Also,the young gentleman who helped us take our luggage to reception desk and escorted us to go to the restaurant was very friendly! (I don't know his name) in general, all the staffs in th restaurant were super nice. The only thing I wanna comment was the reception ladies indeed should smile more and express their hospitality. They were so cool compared with the staff in the restaurant

Very good value for price
Value compared to the price - very good. Chose the hotel due to its proximity to the railway station (500m). Walking to the train station in the middle of the night is no problem. Room (deluxe) and bath is clean, the shower is separated with a new glass pane. Can not tell about offered breakfast, as we left early. Motorbike rental available in Hotel at fair price.
