There was construction work going on next to the pool so we were overlooked by the workers, the pool was full of dust and we found wire, a rusty bolt and a coat hanger on the bottom of the pool ( with our feet - you couldn't see them). The bathroom door didn't just creak, it screeched loudly. We did tell reception but nothing was done. The breakfast was plentiful but definitely not catering for Western travelers. The place is run down. Our closet had a broken shelf, the pool had broken tiles, and the bathroom had mold. The bathroom looked gross and we were going to ask to change rooms. However, we were able to peek into other room that weren't locked and the same situation for all the room on floor 2\. The location is great for street food. Found a few places that had great food for only 20,000 dong or less. The beach was at least 20 minutes or more of walking. While the beach looks close on the map, access is blocked off by other resorts. You'll need to trek up the beach to be able to use it. The breakfast wasn't great when it wasn't busy. You ordered off a limited menu. The beach had closed signs but we wouldn't have gone in anyway as the water was very dirty and cold and the shore break was rough. There was no where along the coast line at danang that you could acutally swim in the ocean which was very disappointing given that Danang claims to have one of the best beaches in the world.
