Excellent location as it’s next to the beautiful Mỹ Khê beach, with a lot of highly rated food options available within walking distance. However, the flooring in my room was not in the best condition as it will sink slightly when walking past, and a part of the laminate is starting to show signs of peeling, but I’m sure it will be fixed before the next occupant! Overall, the experience at the hotel is amazing as the receptionists are extremely welcoming and friendly!

Room was clean, staff was friendly. The bellman Mike was exceptionally friendly and courteous. Bed was comfortable. Ocean view was amazing. Hotel location convenient to restaurants. The decor was a little dated and the tub/shower was unusual. You had to step up into the tub to take a shower. There was loud music playing every night until about midnight.

This was probably the most hospitable place we've stayed in Vietnam so far. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We took advantage of the spa services more than once on our one night stay, the massages were fantastic. The views at the hotel are unmatched and the location is great for walking around to the beach and nice restaurants. The hotel offers money exchange(and a good rate) which was incredibly convenient for us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Da Nang for a short or longer visit!

Very nice hotel. Great rooftop pool, and literally across the road from the beach. Breakfast had lots of options. My only complaint was the pool wasn’t heated, and since we went in December when it was rainy, it was too cold to use the pool (or the beach). If the pool water was warmer we’d have swam there. Otherwise no complaints.

All staff were helpful, polite and genuinely wanted our experience to be good. Staff were quick to resolve issues with our room air conditioner. It was accumulating moisture and needed to be drained. The A/C always worked well is was not an issue. Hotel is located across the street from a long beautiful beach. Breakfast options were quite abundant and staff were professional and attentive. The room had an ocean view and a nice balcony. Clean and comfortable. I am glad I stayed here.

Great, better than budget option. Staff and service were unbelievable. Room was clean and breakfast buffet incredible! Read lots of complaints about the elevator situation and we did have some 3-5 minute waits so I can see where this may be an issue on very busy weekends but we averaged less than a minute wait per ride.

A lot of people tried checking in around mid day before the required 2 PM which I know was frustrating for staff but we have time schedules as well as we some of fly in from all over and are very tired. Staff were really friendly the view from the room I had was out of this world (ocean view). You are located a stones throw away from one of the best beaches in the world in my view. The two things which to be honest was not the end of the world - but the room I got had a phenoenal view but the room was a bit worn down from ware and tare, ie flooring was coming up, when I poured a bath for myself after a massage water started to leak from the bath too. Also I used the gym regularly - I just wished it was slightly larger, most of the times I was fortunate as no one was there but in a couple of instances when there was a second person there - you are kind of on top of one another. Just to add the breakfast buffet was very good!

It is such a lovely boutique hotel overlooking the beach wonderfully. The only con is there is such a language barrier in vietnam with english.

Great location. Loved the balcony in our room. Loved the staff- especially Vi at the rooftop restaurant/bar. Such a wonderful guy. Our complaints were more with the cleanliness of our room upon arrival. Bathtub was dirty, sheets had shoe prints on them, and I found food on the floor. To be honest- Vi saved the day! Without his kindness (as well as the rest of the staff too) we may have rated our stay even lower. The hotel made some very good hiring decisions. Maybe could use just a few more people in housekeeping.

Overall property is excellent but. It’s busy and my mistake was booking during the school holidays in Vietnam I found the clientel to be rude and dirty, leaving their rubbish everywhere and not considering other guests. Also two lifts is way not enough. I waited 20 minutes for an elevator that I could get in.

Good location Staff are friendly for the most part, a few were quite rude. Room had limited natural lighting. Cleanliness was poor for a "four star." Bathroom was full of mildew and likely the reason I was sneezing every time I returned to the room. Trash left behind from other guests in room. I've been to cleaner 2/3 star hotels. Dining room too small and crowded. Staff do not clear tables efficiently. Very limited breakfast buffet options. Only two elevators for the entire 20 floors means waiting much longer than usual (sometimes up to 10 minutes). Overall, quite disappointing. This hotel is much more of a 3 star. Luckily, I got the room for quite cheap. I wouldn't stay here again.
