The room was so humid that I coughed a lot. Except the bad smell and dampness of the room, the overall was okay considered its cost. The location is really good because it is located near the beach. The A/C was working well and there were some amenities at the bathroom. But I could see some spots on the sheet of the bed. A half a block away to beach and just off main road that takes you to Hoi An - a must visit. A couple of minutes walk to the beach, the room was really nice and clean with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The service was a little bit off though. We ordered with breakfast but when we got there they said it wasn't included (maybe would have resolved itself if e'd pushed but we took the chance to try out the cafés nearby instead). The page on Hotels.com said that they hade bikes for rent, which they did not. They had motor-bikes but took 200k per day. Walk 150m and you get them for 120k. So the service kind of underwhelmed us.
